Meet Melodie MonbergMelodie Monberg is a Development Director for a non-profit organization located in Colorado Springs, CO. She spent nineteen years growing up in Africa and learned to cook during the long rainy seasons of Western Africa. Without the convenience of a supermarket, she learned to be innovative with local ingredients, even making the most routine things like catsup and mustard. Melodie says, "My husband and I have been married for 2 years and enjoy learning to cook new and creative dishes of all styles."
