Grilled Swordfish Steaks with White Bean Relish

Swordfish steaks really hold up well to grilling. This dish blends a garlicky marinade with a Mediterranean inspired relish.

Recipe can be found in At Home in the Kitchen on page 127

Treat the swordfish steak as you would a beef steak. The cooking time will not be as long, but you want to sear it on both sides, and look for a rare center. The fish will continue cooking when you remove it from the grill.

Relishes and salsas are the perfect accompaniment for grilled foods. For another great topping, check out the recipe for Black Bean and Toasted Corn Salsa.

Susan H. suggests, "If you are a spice lover (like me) you may want to add a dash more jalapeno to the relish. Yum!"
