CHECK THE PANTRY
2 (16-ounce) cans refried beans
Canola oil
8 (8-inch) corn tortillas
Salsa
All-purpose flour
Brewed coffee
16 ounces chicken stock
Self-rising flour (2 cups)
Brown sugar
Granulated sugar
Cornstarch

HERBS/SPICES/FLAVORINGS
Salt and freshly ground pepper

DAIRY
1 ½ dozen large eggs
1 pound butter
1 ½ pounds grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
3 pints heavy cream
Buttermilk

PRODUCE
1 large white onion
8 plum tomatoes
3 to 4 medium jalapeno peppers
1 bunch green onions
1 orange
2 to 3 pints assorted fresh berries such as
strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
