A qualified food expert, Jorj contributes regularly to national as well as local publications, on such subjects as how to feed your picky eater, what to bring to a potluck supper, and how to update heirloom recipes. Her cooking advice has appeared in numerous newspapers and magazines including the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Reader's Digest and Boston Globe. Her tips for entertaining have appeared in Woman's Day Magazine and the special holiday edition of People magazine as well as many other national publications.
Jorj has appeared on the nationally syndicated television program At Home Live, Good Morning Texas, and Cookin' with Carol. She has been the featured guest on several radio networks including National Public Radio. She will begin making appearances on QVC in May 2004.
In her role as brand advocate Jorj's client list includes Proctor and Gamble, the Florida Citrus Growers, Smucker's, SKYY Sport, Hershey's Chocolate and the Jarden Company. She is the Lifestyle Director for BlueSuitMom.com and regularly contributes to a number of other websites.

Her in-the-trenches expertise in the culinary field include owning and cooking for her own catering company, as well as twenty-five years of entertaining and cooking for her family of three sons, two grandchildren, eight nieces and nephews, and hundreds of extended family friends.
