Grilled Bok ChoyBaby bok choy is smaller and more tender than the larger bok choy. You can cook this veggie in a variety of preparations. Braising baby bok choy in chicken stock is another easy preparation.
4 heads baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise, washed and dried
Juice of 1 medium orange (about 1/3 cup)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- Whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and dried red pepper flakes.
- Brush the bok choy with this mixture.
- Heat a grill pan over medium high heat. Place the bok choy, cut side down, onto the grill. Loosely cover with a lid or aluminum foil. Cook until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Baste the bok choy with remaining sauce while grilling.

Cook time: 10 minutes
