Grilled Herb Shrimp
Serve this dish as an appetizer when friends come to visit. The shrimp are grilled in advance and chilled before serving. You are free to enjoy your guests. Recipe can be found in At Home in the Kitchen on page 129
This is a great dish to offer on a seafood buffet. Make it ahead and serve the shrimp at room temperature - or chilled over ice.
