Pizza with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Basil and Goat Cheese

Much better than take-out, this pizza comes from your oven, bubbly hot and fragrant. The extra bonus is that you don't have to tip the delivery dude!

Puff pastry dough adds just the right amount of flakiness to go with the ingredients for this pizza. If you find it hard to work with, you can easily substitute pizza dough from your trusty bread machine, refrigerated pizza dough in a can, or prepared pizza bread shells. The success is in the original toppings and the hot-from-the-oven goodness.
