Roasted Garlic Tomatoes

Slow roasting is the secret to the rich taste of garlic fused into tomatoes. Simply savory as a side dish, the finished tomatoes also make a great warm salad when chopped and tossed with a handful of fresh croutons and tossed with vinaigrette.
