Chocolate Shortcake with Strawberries and Chocolate Sauce
This is a chocolate twist on a family favorite. If you don't have time to make the chocolate biscuits, a store bought pound cake will suffice.Recipe can be found in At Home in the Kitchen on page 300
Traditional shortcake is loads of fun on a supper evening served with ice cream and tons of whipped cream. But this recipe is great year round. For an over-the-top presentation you can garnish the dish with giant whole strawberries dipped in chocolate.
