Dilled Potato Egg Salad

Feel free to make this potato salad at least one day in advance as it gets better and better. It won't last longer than two days - because there is usually none left!

For an even quicker potato salad, substitute with small red potatoes and don't bother to peel them. The look and taste is terrific.
