![]() There are many ways to combine the ingredients for totally emulsified vinaigrette. This recipe suggests whisking the ingredients in a bowl. Others ask you to use a food processor. Either method is acceptable. Just remember to add the oil at the end, in a small slow stream in order to thoroughly incorporate it into the dressing.
