Big Juicy Hamburgers with Grilled Onions

Once you find out how easy and delicious a real, thick, juicy, grilled-to-perfection hamburger can be, you will never stop at a golden arch again. (Well, maybe not ever....)

Make sure that you thoroughly cook a thick hamburger. Test for doneness by pushing down with a spatula or tongs. If you do not feel the burger spring back, it may need some additional cooking.

Lisa F. took this recipe one step further. She made a hole in the center of the burgers and filled each one with blue cheese. She then sealed the seams and continued with the recipe. Great idea, Lisa!
